With the announcement, Mexico now has its full calendar locked in for the final two FIFA windows of 2025. Paraguay, meanwhile, already secured qualification for the tournament earlier this month, marking their ninth appearance on the global stage. They will arrive led by Atlanta United forward Miguel Almirón, who spearheads the new generation of Paraguayan talent aiming to make an impact in North America.
Ranked 43rd in the FIFA standings, Paraguay will be looking to test themselves against a Mexico side sitting at No. 13. Despite the gap in rankings, the friendly is expected to be a meaningful test for both teams.
