At the Riverside, Joe Lolley put the visitors ahead just four minutes into the second-half, before Grabban replaced Daryl Murphy with just over 15 minutes to go.
Lolley then turned provider for the substitute striker, as he whipped in a fantastic low cross that Grabban just had to turn home to secure the Reds their first away win of the season, despite Jack Robinson’s late red card.
